Shop-bought ice lollies are mostly sugar, these are mostly yoghurt. They do freeze harder than ice cream because there is no fat in them, so let them stand for a few minutes before pulling them out of the mould, or run the mould briefly under the warm tap.

Stir the Greek yoghurt loose with the honey and the vanilla extract.
Chop the strawberries small and mix them with the blueberries through the yoghurt.
Divide the mixture between the lolly moulds and push the sticks in.
Let them set in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Any soft fruit works: strawberry, mango, raspberry or banana. Half pureed and half in pieces makes the prettiest lollies. The honey is needed to balance the sourness of the yoghurt, and you need more than you think, because frozen sweetness tastes weaker. They keep for weeks in the freezer.
